Od rujna 2020. godine Udruga IKS provodi projekt “Rise in quality” koji je financiran od strane Agencije za mobilnost i programe EU, kroz Erasmus+ program. “Rise in quality” je namijenjen organizacijama civilnog društva i takozvanim youth workerima – osobama koje rade s mladima, a cilj mu je poboljšati kvalitetu rada s međunarodnim volonterima.
Rad s međunarodnim volonterima donosi ogromnu vrijednost za lokalnu zajednicu, ali također zahtjeva veliki trud i ulaganje vremena od organizacija domaćina. Sve to djelatnicima organizacija civilnog društva predstavlja određenu dozu stresa te im ujedno oduzima i veliku količinu vremena za obavljanje drugih zadataka na kojima su zaposleni. Projekt “Rise in quality” to želi promijeniti, te pružiti ogranizacijama koje rade s volonterima vrijedne alate i metode koje će im olakšati svakodnevan rad s volonterima.
Projekt se provodi u partnerstvu s organizacijama Pistes Solidaires iz Francuske, Replay Network iz Italije te Asociacion Mundus iz Španjolske. Svaki od navedenih partnera u ovaj projekt donosi specifična znanja i iskustva, a Replay network je osmislio logotip projekta. Logotip projekta bitan je za njegovu prepoznatljivost u zajednici te će od sada biti korišten za sve vizuale i potrebe projekta.
Projekt „Rise in quality“ financiran je sredstvima EU kroz program Erasmus+, KA2 Strateška partnerstva u području mladih. Sadržaj ovog članka isključiva je odgovornost Udruge IKS.
Since September 2020, the IKS Association has been implementing the “Rise in quality” project, which was financed by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programs, through the Erasmus+ program. “Rise in quality” is intended for civil society organizations and so-called youth workers – people who work with young people, and its goal is to improve the quality of work with international volunteers.
Working with international volunteers brings enormous value to the local community, but also requires a great deal of effort and time investment from the host organizations. All of this represents a certain amount of stress to the employees of civil society organizations and at the same time takes a large amount of time to perform other tasks they are employed on. The project “Rise in quality” wants to change that, and to provide valuable tools and methods for the organizations that are working with volunteers, that will ease their daily work with volunteers.
The project is implemented in partnership with the organizations Pistes Solidaires from France, Replay Network from Italy and Asociacion Mundus from Spain. Each of the mentioned partners brings specific knowledge and experience to this project, and the Replay network designed the project’s logo. The project logo is important for its recognition in the community and will be used for all visuals and needs of the project from now on.
