Danas smo imali ponovno priliku družiti se s našim već starim prijateljima iz Udruge slijepih SMŽ!
Naši volonteri iz Francuske su imali priliku sudjelovati u nizu interaktivnih, edukacijskih i praktičnih radionica poput kuhanja kave i čaja te izradu domaće tjestenine s povezima na očima.
Na taj način volonteri su imali priliku uskočiti “u cipele” slijepih osoba te barem djelomično spoznati s kojim se sve teškoćama susreću slijepe osobe u svakodnevnom životu, te koje tehnike i pomagala osobe s oštećenjem vida koriste kako bi si olakšale izvedbu svakodnevnih aktivnosti.
Na kraju smo se svi počastili preukusnim obrokom kojeg smo zajedničkim snagama pripremili!
Today we had another opportunity to hang out with our old friends from the Association of the Blind in Sisak-Moslavina County!
Our volunteers from France had the opportunity to participate in a series of interactive, educational and practical workshops, such as making coffee and tea and making homemade pasta with blindfolds, where the volunteers had the opportunity to “step into the shoes” of blind people and got the opportunity to at least partially get to know all the difficulties that blind people face in their everyday life, and what techniques and aids people with visual impairments use to facilitate their daily activities.
At the end, we were all treated to a delicious meal that we prepared together!
