U sklopu projekta „Rise in quality“ u periodu od 3. do 7. listopada održali smo online trening “Working with international volunteers – How to develop on line induction for volunteers” za organizacije koje rade s međunarodnim volonterima.
„Rise in quality“ je Erasmus+ projekt strateškog partnerstva koji se provodi od rujna 2020., a ima za cilj podržati razvoj kapaciteta organizacija i youth workera kojie rade s volonterima, te povećati kvalitetu podrške pružene volonterima. Navedene ciljeve ćemo postići kroz nekoliko aktivnosti, a jedna od njih je i navedeni on line trening.
Predstavnici partnerskih organizacija Udruge IKS, Pistes solidaires, Asociacion Mundus i Replay Network aps okupili su se kako bi naučili nove prakse i metode za uvođenje međunarodnih volontera u njihove organizacija. Tijekom 5 dana sudionici su razgovarali o načinima na koje pripremaju volontere za njihovu mobilnost, što smatraju korisnim, koji su pristupi i alati dobili dobre povratne informacije od volontera. Sudionici iz partnerskih organizacija dobili su priliku upoznati se s novim alatima u podršci volonterima i isključivo isprobati platformu razvijenu kroz projekt “Essential toolbox for volunteers”. Sudionici su također čuli o različitim kontekstima u kojima rade partnerske organizacije i podijelili metode koje koriste u svakodnevnom radu, a koje su popularne među mladim ljudi.
Projekt „Rise in quality“ financiran je sredstvima EU kroz program Erasmus+, KA2 Strateška partnerstva u području mladih. Sadržaj ovog članka isključiva je odgovornost Udruge IKS.

As part of the “Rise of Quality” project, in the period from October 3 to 7, we held an online training “Working with international volunteers – How to develop an online induction for volunteers” for organizations that work with international volunteers.
“Rise in quality” is an Erasmus+ strategic partnership project that has been implemented since September 2020, and aims to support the development of the capacities of organizations and young people who work with volunteers, and to increase the quality of support provided to volunteers. We will achieve the stated goals through several activities, and one of them is the mentioned online training.
Representatives of partner organizations IKS Association, Pistes solidaires, Asociacion Mundus and Replay Network aps gathered to learn new practices and methods for introducing international volunteers into their organizations. During 5 days, the participants discussed the ways in which they prepare volunteers for their mobility, which they find useful, which approaches and tools received good feedback from volunteers. Participants from partner organizations had the opportunity to learn about new tools in support of volunteers and exclusively try the platform “Essential toolbox for volunteers” developed through the project. The participants also heard about the different contexts in which the partner organizations work in and shared the methods used in their daily work, which are popular among young people.
